888mmk FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

888mmk has 4 VIP levels. Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback. Silver — up to 0.4%. Gold — up to 0.6%. Platinum — up to 0.8%. The higher your level, the better your cashback rate and the more additional benefits you receive.

Platinum VIP players receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback, plus extras including priority support, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, and access to special promotions. The higher your VIP level, the more attention you get from the platform.

Weekly cashback is calculated as a percentage of your total valid bets for the week, based on your VIP level. Bets placed during the week are tallied up and the cashback amount is credited to your account every Monday. Even if you had losses during the week, you still earn cashback — making it a direct, tangible benefit for players.

VIP level upgrades are based on your playing history and activity. By playing consistently, building up valid bets, and staying active on the platform, your account will be reviewed for an upgrade and 888mmk will notify you directly in your account.

After the weekly settlement, your cashback will appear in your 888mmk account's transaction history or Promotion/Bonus records. You can view it from your Account Dashboard, just like your deposit and withdrawal history, and then decide whether to use it to keep playing or withdraw it.

No. 888mmk withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's late at night or a public holiday, you can request a withdrawal via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay, and it is normally processed within 5–30 minutes.

Players who received a Welcome Bonus must wager 20 times the bonus amount in valid bets before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example — if you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, you must place 20,000 × 20 = 400,000 Ks in valid bets. Once that amount is met, you can proceed with your withdrawal.

No. 888mmk only sends withdrawals to a wallet registered in the same name as the account holder. This is a policy in place to protect players' financial security, and it applies equally to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

Withdrawals can reach your wallet within 5–30 minutes of your request. This applies when there are no network delays and your account verification is complete. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, we recommend contacting support via Live Chat.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 888mmk is 20,000 Ks. You must have at least this amount in your account to submit a withdrawal request. The minimum deposit amount is also 20,000 Ks. This applies to all wallet types and transactions are in Myanmar kyat only.

In 2D, you pick a 2-digit number (00–99) and win based on whether it matches the drawn result. The draw times and odd/even mechanics depend on the platform's draw system. Players calculate their own odds and decide on their bets — 888mmk does not pre-announce numbers.

In 3D, you pick a 3-digit number (000–999). Because the winning combination is narrower, prizes are generally higher. There is also an option to win a different prize amount by matching just 2 of the 3 digits. Both 2D and 3D are available at 888mmk — you can check the rules and prize structure in the Lobby after logging in.

Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game played with 3 cards. The 888mmk Shan Koe Mee lobby includes translated notes on how to play, how scoring works, and how to place bets. If you're new to the game, we suggest starting with small bets until you get comfortable with the rules.

With a good WiFi or 4G/5G connection, Slots, Live Casino, Shan Koe Mee, and Dragon Tiger all run smoothly on mobile. If your signal is weak, you can lower the graphic quality setting in each game to keep things running.

When your connection cuts out, the game session result is recorded on the server, so you can check the result when you reconnect. We recommend checking your internet stability before playing to avoid losing a round already in progress. If you run into any issues, contact 888mmk support right away.
